Button Earrings {DIY}

Lately, I've been on a bit of a crafting kick. These earrings are so easy and affordable to make. Not to mention, they're beyond adorable. I have gotten countless compliments each time I wear them, and they make great gifts for your friends.
First, you need a button cover starter kit, which includes the tool you will use to cover your buttons. The 5/8" ones are the best size for this particular project. The button cover kit should have a pattern for what size fabric swatch you need to cover the buttons. Cut out your fabric swatches using the pattern, place one in the center of the button maker wrong side up, press the button front in, then secure it with the button back (make sure you use pliers to remove the metal loop on the back beforehand.) After that, all that's left to do is hot glue some earring posts on. All of these supplies can be found at your local craft store. ViolĂ ! xoxo Jess.
